How do you structure your fees?
We work on a project basis or retainer depending on your needs, with pricing tied to scope and complexity. We'll give you a clear estimate upfront so there are no surprises.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Most projects run 3 to 6 months, though it depends on what you're trying to accomplish. We'll map out a realistic timeline during our first conversation.
What should I expect in our first meeting?
We'll listen to your biggest financial challenges and ask questions to understand your business inside and out. By the end, you'll know whether we're a good fit and what working together might look like.
Do you serve clients outside of Davie?
We're based in Davie but work with clients throughout South Florida and beyond, especially those open to virtual collaboration. Location isn't a barrier for most of what we do.
Can you help us if we've never had formal financial controls?
Absolutely—that's actually one of our core strengths. We build systems from the ground up and guide you through implementation so your team feels confident using them.
